Jamaican Jerk Wings

With the Super Bowl coming up, it is only appropriate that I spotlight some delicious wing recipes! Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of the traditional buffalos and bbqs out there, but these wings put pretty much any sauce to shame!  Luckily for us waist watching ladies, they are baked to perfection rather than fried.  So turn on those ovens and 'wow' your Super Bowl guests this weekend with these off the chart Jamaican Jerk Wings!

Jamaican Jerk Wings:

1/4 cup Honey

1/2 cup Pineapple Juice

1/2 cup of Ketchup

1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Teriyaki Marinade

2 cloves of Garlic

2 lbs of Chicken Wings

First, heat oven to 350.

Then heat all of the ingredients in a sauce pan, obviously besides the chicken!

Place the chicken wings in a baking dish.  Next, pour the heated sauce over the chicken pieces until they are drenched.

Place the baking dish in the oven for an hour or until browned and sauce is bubbly!

You will fall in love with not only this sauce, but the fall off the bone cooking process too!  My recommendation is to therefore use it on anything and everything! My plans are to try it on recipes like chicken lettuce wraps and stir fry dishes.
